Your task is to find something you can do for someone else to pass on a little kindness. Since this is our first week, I am not putting any parameters on what you can or can’t do, except that you cannot do something that benefits yourself, like clean your room. I mean come on, some of your mom’s would probably faint if you cleaned your room, but it’s your room; that doesn’t count. So pay it forward for a friend, a family member, a teacher, etc. Write an encouraging note, make cookies for a neighbor, do something nice you don’t normally do. Have fun!!

Comments: Write a comment that includes what you did, who you did it for, and what that person’s reaction was. Write at least three sentences and use correct spelling (no text  talk).

Reply: Reply to two other people. Read their comments and make a reply that gives them feedback. You can ask them a question, you can tell them how much you liked their idea, but you must write at least 3 sentences and you must use correct spelling (again no text talk.)

I made breakfast for my mom. I did it because she had a lot of stuff to do, and I was done getting ready for school. She was very pleased that I did that for her, and was happy.

I make some chocolate-chip cookies for my great grandmother who lives in an assisted living home in Shelbyville. I don’t get to see her a lot not that school has started. Unfortunatly, I wasn’t able to deliver them personaly, but I think she’ll be pretty happy when she gets them.

That was very sweet of you to do. It was very nice that you took the time to bake cookies for your grandmother who you never really see. It must have been trouble because you had a lot of homework as well as making cookies.

I cooked dinner for my mom because she had stuff to do at work. She thought i was very thoughtful for what i did.

i did two kind things last night, one was while i was at Mcdonalds with the volleyball team i got my coach’s drink for her, she was happy, she was kind of suprised that i helped her out a little when i could’ve just gone to the bus and start eating my food.
i also opened the door for a teammate of mine, though it wasnt a big deal at all she asked what i did that for so i told her she said “so does this mean i have to pay it forward?” I told her she could if she wanted to and she started thinking of what she could do.

What I usually don’t do is to fold laundry. I might have spelled that wrong. Sorry. I helped my mom. She is really busy with her school work which is harder than you think. So she was doing homework and I just went and to her room and folded some laundry. She had a happy look and a little bit of relief. Now she can just work on her homework and maybe relax a little bit.

What I did for pay it foward was yesterday when I was selling Pumpkins, a little elderly lady stopped by to buy some.
She bought a couple pumpkins, and the only way for her to get them home was her truck, so I loaded all of her pumpkins for her. She tried to pay me extra for helping her, but I don’t pay me back, pay it foward to somone else. She looked shocked and confused so I explained what paying it foward was. She smiled said thank you. She was very excited to pay it foward.

Yestday my dad worked overtime, so before he got home i heated his supper. Then, I made him a glass of iced tea. He was suprised that I did this because my mom usually does it when he works over.

Yesterday I called a friend and asked her if she need any help with schoolwork. She told me she had a test on the Periodic Table of the Elements so I helped her study for about an hour. I helped her create acronyms and things that would make the test easier for her. I could tell by the way that she spoke to me that she was kind of surprised because I don’t normally study with her.

I donated a dollar to world hungar. Normally I would have polietly said “Not today” and turned down the offer. I immediatly thought about this and decided to do it. I will not see the families reaction, but I know it is gonna benefit someone probably more than I can imagine. A dollar is simple and isn’t much to us. We probably don’t even take the time to pick it up on the way down the street. But families in foreign countries on living on less than $2 a day so I’m happy to help someone receive a real meal and fight starvation.

I can see my mother getting emotional and hugging me then saying thank you a thousand times. My father, I can see him smiling and saying good job and patting me on the back.

Well, yesterday I was helping my dad in the backyard. I got to plant some flowers, and I got to make a bonfire pit. I usually don’t help him much, because most of the work that he does is too complicated for me. So I thought i could do the job and I did.

Well, yesterday i was running cross-country and i noticed some people were having some trouble, (The new people.) After i had fan my four laps then I went over to cheer them on and to motivate them because thats what I thought I could do tobe nice for someone else. I felt good afterwards and I think they did too. They were exhausted but they still had an improved time, so they at least seemed happy.

i wrote a note to a person that i thought needed somebody to car e about her. she is one of my best friends and i would do anything for her. it was a simple note, not long or complex, but it put a smile on her face, and made her day. she was so happy that someone cared fro her. her smile was ear to ear. it inspired me that just a little note could really make somebody feel good about themselvs. this homework assignment was very inspiring, and i wish we could have more assignments like it. girl u know who you are, but anyway everything i said in that note is 100% true! i hope u never change! your awesome just the way you are! remember all of us are children of God, and we live for him, not for other people on this crazy world! :) :v):p ;)

I did my pay it forward to my mom. When she wasn’t in the kitchen I started cooking dinner. Then when she walked in she gave me the wildest facial expression I have ever seen in my life. She was so excited that i did that because all she had to do now is go sit on the couch and watch TV. You know what I was doing, I was cooking dinner.

Both ladies were very happy that I did that.

I wrote my grandmother a letter because she is going through alot with money problems. She hasn’t paid her bills in a while and she hasn’t had hot water in three months. She lives with her son and his daughter. She will be moving in to another home. When she moves I promised to help her move things around and make her feel comfortable. I will also help her decide on what money needs to go where for example put extra money in a jar where she can buy things she wants and another jar for things she needs and one to save for bills for the house.
